Scott B. Riddle,
Esq.
Scott graduated from The University of
North Carolina with a BSBA in 1987 and received his JD, with honors,
in 1991. He clerked for the Honorable W. Homer
Drake, Jr., United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Northern District
of Georgia, and continued his career for several years in the
litigation and bankruptcy sections of Troutman Sanders, LLP.
Scott also attended
Georgia State University, Graduate School of
Business in 1998-1999, where he completed business and accounting
coursework to enhance his practice.
Scott is active in the community,
including service on alumni committees and in the Rotary Club, and
he served as a director of a mission organization that trains
college students abroad. Scott is also active in his church and
has made several trips to Eastern and
Central Europe to work in orphanages and with other
community projects. He is an active member of the Kiwanis
Club of Atlata and the Buckhead Business
Association.
Scott has been quoted in
several publications, including the Atlanta Journal Constitution,
Atlanta Business Chronicle and CNN.com. He has
also spoken at several seminars on Bankruptcy law. Some recent
